Product description

UV laser marking machine uses a 355 nm wavelength UV laser with a "cold marking" method. The diameter of the laser beam is only 20 μm after focusing. The UV laser pulse energy comes into contact with the material in a microsecond. There is no significant thermal impact next to the slot, so heat does not damage the electronic component.
