Applicable materials for the laser cutting machine
The laser cutting machine can cut stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel, alloy steel, galvanized steel, silicon steel, spring steel, titanium sheet, galvanized sheet, iron sheet, stainless sheet, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metal sheets, metal plates, metal pipes, and tubes, etc.
Applicable industries for laser cutting machines
A fiber laser cutting machine can be used across numerous industries. For example: machinery parts, electrical components, sheet-metal fabrication, electrical cabinets, kitchenware, elevator panels, hardware tools, metal housings, advertising sign letters, lighting fixtures, metal crafts, decorations, jewelry, medical instruments, automotive parts, and various other metal-cutting applications.
Dual tables for fast exchange
The metal body of this cutter undergoes heat treatment at 600°C and is cooled inside the furnace for 24 hours. After that, it is processed with a milling machine and welded using carbon dioxide. This ensures high strength and a service life of up to 20 years.

Higher security level
The versatile protective enclosure isolates laser radiation and pollution, providing a higher level of safety. Smoke and dust generated during cutting are automatically extracted to maintain a clean working area, fully compliant with European CE standards. The intelligent monitoring system helps reduce the risk of accidents.

Swiss Raytools Laser Head
This laser head supports multiple focal lengths, controlled directly by the machine’s control system. The focal point automatically adjusts during cutting to achieve optimal results on sheets of different thicknesses.
By extending the piercing focal length and separately setting the piercing and cutting focal distances, the cutting precision is significantly improved.

CYPCUT Control System
The CYPCUT control system on our laser cutting machine enables intelligent graphic nesting and supports importing multiple designs, automatically optimizing the cutting sequence, smart edge-finding, and automatic positioning.
The system uses advanced logical programming and an intuitive software interface, delivering an exceptional operating experience, significantly increasing sheet-metal utilization and reducing waste.
Its simple and fast workflow, combined with efficient and precise cutting instructions, greatly enhances the overall user experience.

BCS100 Capacitive Height Controller
The BCS100 capacitive height controller (hereafter referred to as BCS100) used in our fiber laser cutting machine is a high-performance control device operating on a closed-loop management system.
The BCS100 also features a dedicated Ethernet communication interface (TCP/IP protocol), enabling seamless integration with CypCut software for functions such as automatic height tracking, segmented piercing, progressive piercing, edge detection, leapfrogging, and flexible adjustment of the cutting-head lift height.
Its response speed is significantly enhanced. In particular, its servo-control performance—both in speed and precision—is superior to many similar products, thanks to its dual closed-loop speed and position algorithms.
It supports collision alarms, edge-overrun alarms, edge detection, and automatic inspection.
