Made from graphite cast iron with a minimum tensile strength of 200 MPa. It features a high carbon content, excellent compressive strength, and high hardness. The material offers strong impact absorption and wear resistance. Its low thermal sensitivity and minimal bed-gap sensitivity reduce equipment loss during operation, ensuring long-term machine accuracy without deformation throughout its service life.

AUTO-FOKUS

Applicable to various focal lengths controlled by the machine’s control system. The focal point automatically adjusts during cutting to achieve optimal results on sheets of different thicknesses.

Fast

Using Swiss Lightning technology, piercing time is significantly reduced — up to 90% faster. The combination of Switzerland Lightning and Raytools enhances the cutting process so that piercing is not affected by material quality, ensuring perfect cuts with optimal edge quality. It also saves cutting gas and power consumption, effectively reducing overall operating costs.

When switching between different materials or sheets of varying thickness, a manual-focus laser head requires the focal distance to be adjusted by hand, which is highly inefficient. An auto-focus laser head can automatically read the stored system parameters, making the process fast and highly efficient.

By extending the piercing focal length and separately adjusting the piercing and cutting focal distances, cutting accuracy is significantly improved.

Durable

The built-in dual water-cooling structures ensure constant temperature for the collimating and focusing components, preventing lens overheating and extending lens lifespan. An enhanced collimation protective lens and a reinforced focus protective lens provide reliable protection for all key components.

Self-centering chuck

Automatic electric chuck with a claw-type DC motor. The clamping motor current is precise, adjustable, and stable, providing a wider clamping range and stronger gripping force. The tube is clamped without damage, with fast automatic centering and securing, ensuring more stable performance. The compact chuck size reduces rotational inertia and enhances dynamic performance. The self-centering electric chuck uses a gear-driven system, offering higher transmission efficiency, long service life, and excellent operational reliability.

Auxiliary feeding mechanism

The lifting and lowering of the auxiliary roller table reduce friction between the parts and the worktable, making loading and unloading more convenient.

Intelligent travel protection

Automatically monitors the working range of the crossbeam and cutting components, ensuring operation stays within the processing area. Dual fixed-limit safeguards greatly enhance both equipment and personal safety, minimizing operational risks.

Automatic lubrication system

The automatic lubrication system supplies the equipment with the proper timing and amount of lubricating oil to ensure smooth and efficient operation. It is equipped with abnormal-status and fluid-level alarms. This system significantly improves cutting accuracy and effectively extends the service life of the transmission mechanism.

WIFI remote intelligent assistance

Global real-time feedback; providing real-time fault analysis and troubleshooting.

New-generation safety follow-up module

Maintaining the proper distance between the laser head and the workpiece during cutting reduces the risk of collisions. Cutting stops immediately if the sheet is hit. The safety follow-up module lowers accident rates and enhances cutting performance.

Inteligent alarm system

The system will trigger a full abnormality alarm and display it on the interface through the control center whenever the equipment operates abnormally.

Identifying equipment abnormalities in advance and eliminating potential risks can greatly improve the efficiency of troubleshooting.

Low auxiliary-gas pressure alarm function.

Provides real-time pressure monitoring and sends an alert when the pressure drops below the level required for optimal cutting performance and accuracy. This ensures consistent cutting quality, precision, and timely gas replacement.
