Main Features of KF-T Series Laser Cutter:
1. BETTER CUTTING QUALITY
The laser has a narrower kerf, which means less material is wasted. More than that, laser cutting requires less labor, and not even secondary processing for most parts.
2. HIGHER CUTTING PRECISION
Laser cutting, 0.14 mm; Plasma cutting, 0.4 mm. And on the vertical cross, laser cutting has a smaller bevel angle than plasma cutting.
3. LOWER CUTTING COSTS
Eliminating secondary finishing, with a smoother cutting surface, less slag, and less deformation.
4. HIGHER CUTTING SPEED
The laser cutting speed can reach up to three times that of plasma cutting.
5. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PROCESSING
The laser cutting machine is cleaner and more environmentally friendly than smoky and noisy plasma cutting.

Stronger Machine Body: The metal body of this cutter has undergone heat treatment at 600°C and is cooled inside the furnace for 24 hours. After this is completed, it is processed using a milling machine and welded using carbon dioxide. This ensures its high strength and a lifespan of 20 years.

Third-generation cast aluminum gantry: It is manufactured in accordance with aerospace standards and is formed by 4300 tons of extrusion molding pressing. After aging treatment, its strength can reach 6061 T6, which is the strongest strength of all gantries. Aviation aluminum has many advantages, such as good toughness, light weight, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, low density, and greatly increases processing speed.

Switzerland Raytools Laser Head: Applicable to various focal lengths, which are controlled by the machine tool control system. The focal point will automatically adjust in the cutting process to achieve the best cutting effect for metal sheets of various thicknesses. Increasing the perforation focal length, separate adjustment of perforation focal length and cutting focal length, improves cutting accuracy.

CYPCUT Control System: The CYPCUT control system can realize intelligent graphic cutting layout and support multi-graphic import, automatically optimizing the cutting sequence, smart edge finding, and automatic positioning. The control system adopts the best logical programming and software interaction, providing a stunning operating experience, effectively increasing the utilization of sheet metal and reducing waste. Simple and fast operating system, efficient and precise cutting instructions, effectively improving the user experience.

Automatic Rotary and Clamping Chuck for Tube Cutting: The intelligent CNC self-centering chuck with high-precision position and torque control can freely switch pipes of different thicknesses, preventing error in squeezing and deformation of holding the thin pipe.
